This specimen was part of lot 5173 in Sincona Auction 102 (Zürich, October 2025), where it sold for 275 CHF (about US$415 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"SCHWEIZ Freiburg/Fribourg, Stadt und Kanton, Halbbatzen 1810, Freiburg. Halbbatzen 1811. Lot von 2 Stück. Gutes vorzüglich. 1810: Revers mit Stempelriss. (Switzerland, city and canton of Fribourg, half batzen of 1810 and 1811, Fribourg mint. About Uncirculated, die crack on reverse of the 1810, two pieces.)"

This type was struck 1810-11 and the 1810 is the scarcer date. Half a batzen was five rappen.

Specification: 1.86 g, billon, 22.5 mm diameter, plain edge.
