This specimen was lot 3951 in Goldberg sale 84 (Los Angeles, January 2015), where it sold for $152.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "French Indochina. 10 Cents, 1929-A. NGC graded MS-66." This type was issued from the Paris mint 1921-30 and 1937 and superseded a similar design of 0.835 fineness (KM 9) issued 1898-1919. This is a fairly common date.
Recorded mintage: 5,831,000.
Specification: 2.7 g, 0.680 fine silver, .059 troy oz ASW, reeded edge.
