Jean Elsen sale 151, lot 1616

This specimen was lot 1616 in Jean Elsen sale 151 (Brussels, June 2022), where it sold for €3,000 (about US$3,748 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANCE, Cinquième République (1959-), série de 4 p. en or: 200 euro (1 oz), 100 euro (1/2 oz), 50 euro (1/4 oz) et 10 euro (1/10 oz), 2020, 75ans de paix en Europe. Ecrin en bois "Exclusive fairmined gold prestige set", numéroté 33/50. Flan poli. (France, Fifth Republic, since 1959, series of four pieces in gold: 200, 100, 50 and 10 euro of 2020, 75 years of peace in Europe. Wood box, numbered 33 of 50. Proof.)"
