This specimen was lot 1619 in Jean Elsen sale 151 (Brussels, June 2022), where it sold for €360 (about US$450 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"FRANCE, Cinquième République (1959-), AV 50 euro (1/4 oz), 2020. Soeur Emmanuelle. Ecrin et certificat. Flan poli. (France, Fifth Republic, since 1959, gold fifty euro of 2020, for Sister Emmanuelle. With box and certificate, Proof.)"
Wikipedia comments, "Sœur (Sister) Emmanuelle, N.D.S. (16 November 1908 – 20 October 2008) was a Religious Sister of both Belgian and French origins, noted for her involvement in working for the plight of the poor in Turkey and Egypt. She was honoured with Egyptian citizenship in 1991." Many of the more recent French NCLT's remain unlisted in the SCWC.
