This specimen was lot 479 in Sincona Auction 99 (Zürich, October 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND Kaiserreich und Föderation, Nicholas II. 1894-1917, 10 Penniä 1915, Helsinki Mint. Mintage for Finland. NGC MS64 RB."
This is a common date of a type struck 1895-1900 and 1905-17 for Nicholas II. In 1917, the Finns declared independence from Russia and successfully defeated Russian attempts to reconquer the country.
