This specimen was lot 70447 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, May 2018), where it sold for $40. The catalog description[1] noted, "FINLAND. 10 Pennia, 1897. NGC AU Details--Surface Hairlines. Nice red-brown surfaces." This type is listed for 1895-1900, 1905-17 and is the last issue of this denomination under the Tsarist regime. This date is fairly common but not as available as the wartime issues.
