This specimen was lot 288 in Sincona Auction 99 (Zürich, October 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSLAND Kaiserreich und Föderation, Alexander II. 1855-1881, 1 Penni 1875, Helsinki Mint. Mintage for Finland. NGC MS64 RB." This type was struck with a dotted border 1864-71 (KM 1.1) and a dentilated border 1872-76 (KM 1.2, shown here). This is a common date.
