This specimen was lot 56702 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2024), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. Shilling, ND (1601-2). London Mint; mm: 1. Elizabeth I. PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, AU Details." This is the last shilling struck for the Virgin Queen, who died in 1603.
