This specimen was lot 10384 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €408 (about US$425). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. 2 Rigsbankskilling, 1818. Copenhagen Mint. Frederik VI. NGC MS-62 Brown. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This one year type is common in worn condition. The two rigsbankskilling was 1/48 of a rigsbankdaler or 1/96 speciedaler. The rigsbankdaler was used 1813-54.
