This specimen was lot 20323 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. Krone, 1748. Frederick V (1746-66). NGC MS-64+. High-end for the grade with well struck surfaces that are miraculously clean for the grade. A touch of pastel coloration around portions of the raised design further increases the eye appeal of this impressive piece. Presently the only Mint State graded example of the date by NGC." This type is listed for 1747-48.
Recorded mintage: unknown but quite scarce.
