This specimen was lot 10349 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €576 (about US$600). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. Skilling, 1746-CW. Copenhagen Mint. Christian VI. NGC MS-64. Sharp strike with bright luster. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck in Copenhagen in 1735 and 1746, with the 1735 being the more common date. One skilling was 1/64 krone or 1/96 speciedaler.
