This specimen was lot 10290 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €504 (about US$525). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. 2 Mark, 1689-GS. Copenhagen Mint. Christian V. NGC AU Details--Cleaned. From the L. E. Bruun Collection. Ex: Erling C. W. E. Collection 549/1890." This one year type is rare, Two mark was half a krone or one-third speciedaler.
