This specimen was lot 79 in Schulman auction 385 (Amsterdam, July 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Denmark - 2 Mark 1659, Silver, FREDERIK III 1648-1670 Crowned monogram. Rev. Crowned coat of arms. Very beautiful specimen for the type! This particular specimen is the one pictured in Sieg. Extremely fine." This type was struck 1658-61. Two mark was half a krone or one-third speciedaler.
