This specimen was lot 6121 in Goldberg sale 72 (Los Angeles, February 2013), where it sold for $149.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Poland - Danzig. Gulden, 1932. Value. Reverse: Arms. NGC graded MS-63." Danzig, long part of Prussia and then Germany, was briefly independent 1919-39. Annexed by the Nazis, it fell to Poland in 1945 and was renamed Gdansk.
Recorded mintage: 2,500,000.
Specification: 5 g, nickel, 23.5 mm diameter.
