This specimen was lot 73504 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2022), where it sold for $780. The catalog description[1] noted, "CZECH REPUBLIC. 200 Korun, 1994. Jablonec nad Nisou Mint. NGC PROOF-69 Ultra Cameo. A very attractive modern commemorative advocating for environmental protection. Displaying hard mirrored fields and frosted devices, this example is supremely beautiful. Very SCARCE." Czechoslovakia split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia in 1992. Other 200 korun for 1994 include KM 11 (St. Vitus cathedral), KM 12 (Normandy invasion), KM 13 (Brno tramway).

Recorded mintage: 20,541 and 1,997 proofs.

Specification: 13 g, 0.900 fine silver, 31 mm diameter, reeded edge.
