An enchanting specimen, boasting stormy patination that covers the surfaces and remnants of original luster that gleam beneath the darkened tone. Notable as the first date from this three-year series, the 1913 also asserts the smallest mintage figure of just 50,000 pieces. A seldom-seen issue in the marketplace, especially with this visual and technical combination." The other dates of this type, 1919 and 1921, are much more common.
