This specimen was lot 40058 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it sold for $288. The catalog description[1] noted, "COLOMBIA. 1795-JJ Escudo. Santa Fe de Nuevo Reino (Bogotá) mint. Carlos IV (1788-1808). AU Detail — Scratch (PCGS). Bright and lustrous light yellow gold with a heavy mark in the right obverse field. From the Eldorado Collection of Colombian Coins. Ex. Mike Dunigan, May 1985." This type was struck at Nuevo Reino (Bogotá) and Popayán 1791-1808 and is a common gold coin of Charles IV.
