This specimen was lot 77233 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, November 2025), where it sold for $125. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Cologne. 2/3 Taler, 1695. PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, EF Details. From the G. L. Hermann Collection." This type was struck 1693-95 and 1700 by the city, not the archbishop. The initials "PN" are divided by the arms on the obverse.
