This specimen was lot 46250 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Oklahoma City, OK, August 2025), where it sold for $360. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. 25 Cents, 1950. Ottawa Mint. George VI. PCGS SPECIMEN-66." Canadian twenty-five cent pieces for George VI come in two varieties; KM 35 (with "IND IMP") was issued 1937-47 and KM 44 (without "IND IMP") for 1948-52. This date is common but Specimens are rare as they were not available for sale to the public.

Recorded mintage: 9,673,335.

Specification: 5.83 g, 0.800 fine silver, 23.62 mm diameter, reeded edge, designed by T. H. Paget and Emanuel Hahn.
