This specimen was lot 23433 in Heritage sale 3024 (Chicago, April 2013), where it sold for $2,350. The catalog description[1] noted, "George V 10 Cents 1934, MS66 PCGS Belzberg, superb icy white surfaces with full mint brilliance. Very scarce date in this select grade and with an important pedigree. From The Nikita Collection." This type, struck at Ottawa 1920-36, is common in grades up thru About Uncirculated tho the years 1933-35 are scarce.
