This specimen was lot 23432 in Heritage sale 3024 (Chicago, April 2013), where it sold for $1,762.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "George V 10 Cents 1933, MS66 PCGS, intense frosty white surfaces with just a wisp of golden toning in the legends, a jewel of a coin and a scarcer low mintage date. From The Nikita Collection." This type, struck at Ottawa 1920-36, is common in grades up thru About Uncirculated tho the years 1933-35 are scarce.

Recorded mintage: 672,368.

Specification: 2.31 g, 0.800 fine silver, .059 troy oz ASW, 18 mm diameter, reeded edge.
