This specimen was lot 70329 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, October 2021), where it sold for $312. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. 10 Cents, 1903. London Mint. Edward VII. PCGS AU-55. A KEY DATE that is always desirable, this minor presents very little in the way of handling and sports a rather attractive tone as well." This type was struck at London and Heaton 1902-10. Despite the substantial mintage, this is the scarcest date.

Recorded mintage: 500,000.

Specification: 2.32 g, 0.925 fine silver, .069 troy oz ASW, 18 mm diameter, reeded edge.

Catalog reference: KM-10.
