This specimen was lot 22205 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Anaheim, CA, August 2016), where it sold for $705. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. 10 Cents, 1904. PCGS MS-63. Better date in choice mint state according to Krause, with a current MS-63 catalog value of $1,000. Amber sunset tone along the edges with brighter centers on both sides. Attractive, especially for the given grade, and with a highly prestigious pedigree. Ex: Belzberg Collection." This type was struck at London and Heaton 1902-10. This date is slightly scarce.
