This specimen was lot 30416 in Stack's Bowers ANA auction (Chicago, August 2014), where it sold for $399.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "FRANCE. Cambrai. Ecu, 1572. Louis de Berlaimont (1570-96). NGC AU-50. Helmeted arms; Reverse: Date, crowned double eagle. Lustrous and remarkably well preserved." This type is listed in Davenport for 1570, 1572, and 1573. Cambrai is now in France, in the department of the Nord.
