This specimen was lot 3348 in Goldberg sale 62 (Beverly Hills, February 2010), where it sold for $1,495. The catalog description[1] noted, "Burundi. 100 Francs, 1965. Mwambutsa IV. 50th Year of Reign. NGC graded MS-68." The king was ousted by a coup in 1966.
