This specimen was lot 633 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €150 (about US$202 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRAUNSCHWEIG-LÜNEBURG, HERZOGTUM Christian Ludwig, 1648-1665. 1/8 Reichstaler 1664, Clausthal. R Attraktives Exemplar mit hübscher Patina, fast vorzüglich. Exemplar der Slg. Horn. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Luneburg-Celle, Christian Louis, 1648-65, one eighth thaler of 1664, Clausthal mint. Fine toning, about extremely fine example.)"
This type is listed for 1650-65 and is likely scarcer than the catalog indicates. The SCWC calls this a halb reichsort."
