This specimen was lot 725 in Künker sale 293 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €550 (about US$741 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BREMEN, STADT, 1/2 Reichstaler 1747, mit Titel von Franz I. R Feine Patina, winz. Schrötlingsfehler, sehr schön-vorzüglich. (Germany, city of Bremen, half thaler of 1747, struck in the name of Francis I. Scarce, fine patina, small planchet defects, very fine to extremely fine.)"
This type of 1747-48 is the last half thaler issued by this state.
