This specimen was lot 650 in Jean Elsen sale 159 (Brussels, June 2024), where it sold for €190 (about US$244 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"BRABANT, Duché, Philippe de Saint-Pol, régent (1420-1422), AR double gros drielander, Waelhem. Au titre de comte de Ligny et de Saint-Pol. D/ Dans un polylobe orné de lis, les écus de Brabant-Bourgogne et Brabant-Limbourg inclinés. En dessous, un lis. R/ Croix pattée cantonnée de deux lis et de deux lions. En légende intérieure: + MONETA: PHI: BRABA'TIE. Rare. Très Beau. Provient de notre liste 73, novembre 1984, 316. (duchy of Brabant, regency of Philp of St.-Pol, 1420-22, silver double gros, Waelhem mint, in the name of the count of Ligny and St.-Pol. Obverse: within a polylobe decorated with lilies, the inclined arms of Brabant-Burgundy and Brabant-Limourg, a lily below; reverse: cross pattée cantonned with two lilies and two lions. Rare, very fine.)"

Wikipedia notes, "Philip I, also known as Philip of Saint Pol (25 July 1404 – 4 August 1430), was the younger son of Anthony, Duke of Brabant and Jeanne of Saint-Pol. He succeeded his brother John IV as Duke of Brabant in 1427, while he had inherited Saint-Pol and Ligny as an appanage on the death of his maternal grandfather, Waleran III of Luxembourg, Count of Ligny, in 1415."
