This specimen was lot 2305 in Goldberg sale 103 (Los Angeles, February 2018), where it sold for $293.75. The catalog description^[1] noted, "Belize. 100 Dollars, 1983. Margay Jungle Cat. Only 494 Proofs struck of this one year type. NGC graded Proof 68 Ultra Cameo." This is another Non-Circulating Legal Tender coin issued and marketed by the Franklin mint on behalf of Belize before it withdrew from coinage operations in 1985.
