This specimen was lot 3348 in Goldberg sale 90 (Los Angeles, January 2016), where it sold for $146.87. The catalog description[1] noted, "Belize. 100 Dollars, 1984. White-tailed deer. NGC graded Proof 69 Ultra Cameo." This is another Non-Circulating Legal Tender coin issued and marketed by the Franklin mint on behalf of Belize before it withdrew from coinage operations in 1985.
Recorded mintage: 965 proofs.
Specification: 6.21 g, 0.500 fine gold, .100 troy oz AGW.
