This specimen was lot 1971 in Jean Elsen sale 145 (Brussels, September 2020), where it sold for €170 (about US$242 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BELGIQUE, Royaume, Léopold Ier (1831-1865), AR 20 centimes, 1853. L.W. avec points. Belle patine. Fleur de Coin. (kingdom of Belgium, Leopold I, 1831-65, silver twenty centimes of 1853, signature with dots. Nice toning, Uncirculated.)"
This type was struck 1852-53 and 1858. It comes with and without dots by the engraver's signature.
