This specimen was lot 799 in Jean Elsen sale 141 (Brussels, June 2019), where it sold for €320 (about US$424 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BELGIQUE, Royaume, Léopold Ier (1831-1865), 5 centimes, 1838. BRAEMT F. avec point. Rare. Très Beau. (kingdom of Belgium, Leopold I, 1831-65, copper five centimes of 1838, engraver's name with dot. Rare, Very Fine.)"
This type was struck 1833-63 at the Brussels mint in numerous varieties; this is a scarce date. The reported mintage is nearly all 1837's.
Recorded mintage: 12,038,000 for 1837-38 (mostly 1837).
