This specimen was lot 2905 in Steve Album Auction 55 (Santa Rosa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $144. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN: AE halfpenny token, 1794, Leighton Buzzard, lace manufactory, woman in fine dress seated slightly left under a tree // sheep, lustrous orange patina, PCGS graded MS64 BN." Leighton Buzzard is a market town is the south part of Bedfordshire. This is the first token we have posted from this county.
