This specimen was lot 1419 in SINCONA Auction 97 (Zürich, May 2025), where it sold for 500 CHF (about US$725 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Bayern, Königreich, Otto, 1886-1913. 10 Mark 1898 D, München. NGC MS64+. (Germany, kingdom of Bavaria, Otto, 1886-1913, ten mark of 1898, Munich mint.)"
This type of 1890, 1893, 1896-1900 is common. The ten mark is quite a bit more affordable than the twenty mark. King Otto ruled under a regency for his entire reign.
