This specimen was lot 27067 in Heritage sale 3026 (Long Beach, October 2013), where it sold for $763.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "Bavaria. Maximilian II 2 Taler 1860, AU, numerous surface hairlines from brushing." This type is the regular issue of 1859-60 and is rather scarce; the 1859 is rare.
