This specimen was lot 2774 in Stephen Album sale 37 (Santa Rosa, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $214.20. The catalog description[1] noted, "BARODA: Sivaji Rao III, 1875-1938, AR ½ rupee, VS1951 (1894), EF." This silver type was struck 1894-95. Sayaji Rao III (r. 1875-1939) was the twelfth maharaja of Baroda.
