This type was struck 1925-26 and 1932 to feature the parliament building in Vienna. It superseded a slightly heavier coin with a similar design (KM 2835). Later schillings were copper-nickel (KM 2851). In 1925, the currency was reformed with 100 kronen (old) = 1 groschen (new) and 100 groschen = 1 schilling.
