This specimen was lot 2442 in Goldberg sale 109 (Los Angeles, January 2019), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Austria. 20 Kreuzer, 1819-M. Milan mint. Franz II. NGC graded AU-55." This type was struck 1817-24 at seven mints, including Vienna (A), Kremnitz (B), Prague (C), Karlsburg (E) and Günzburg (G), Milan (M, shown here) and Venice (V). The last 20 kreuzer was struck in 1872.
Recorded mintage: unknown but common in all grades.
Specification: 6.68 g, 0.583 fine silver, 28 mm diameter.
