Sincona sale 90, lot 1622

This specimen was lot 1622 in Sincona sale 90 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 1,000 CHF (about US$1,322 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RDR / ÖSTERREICH, Franz II. (I.), 1792-1835. Dukat 1814 G, Nagybanya. Selten. NGC AU58. (empire of Austria, Francis I, 1792-1835, ducat of 1814, Nagabanya mint. Rare, graded NGC AU-58.)"

This type was struck 1811-15 at Vienna ("A"), Kremnitz ("B"), Karlsburg ("E") and Nagybanya (shown here). The SCWC prices them all the same.
