This specimen was lot 74322 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for $288. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. Holy Roman Empire. Taler, 1726/5. Vienna Mint. Karl VI. PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, AU Details." The SCWC lists this type for 1720-35 and is among the more common thalers of emperor Charles VI. Similar coins were issued from Graz, Hall and Breslau.
