This specimen was lot 3881 in Goldberg sale 84 (Los Angeles, January 2015), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Austria. Taler, 1649 (Graz). Ferdinand III. Laureate bust right. Reverse Crowned arms in Order chain. Cleaned with a trace of filing on edge. Extremely Fine." The SCWC lists this thaler for 1648-54.
Recorded mintage: unknown but reasonably common.
