This specimen was lot 1485 in Künker sale 263 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €1,000 (about US$1,292 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Ferdinand II. 1592-1618-1637. Reichstaler 1620, Wien. Herrliche Patina, vorzüglich. (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdinand II, 1618-37, thaler of 1620, Vienna mint. Handsome toning, extremely fine.)"
This one year type, one of the first products of the Vienna mint, is listed as fairly common but it is very similar to other thalers of the period.
