This specimen was lot 42267 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2019), where it sold for $132. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRALIA. 15 Dollars, 2015-P. Perth Mint. NGC MS-69. Struck to commemorate the Battle of the Coral Sea. Essentially flawless with a reverse cameo appearance, the main designs displaying reflective qualities, while the surrounding fields show granular frosting." We don't see this listed in Friedberg, the SCWC or McDonald.

Recorded mintage: 60,726; 184,933 per Numista.

Specification: 3.11 g, 0.999 gold, 0.10 oz AGW, 16.1 mm diameter.
