Australia 2014-P dollar KM-2165
This specimen was lot 70268 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2022), where it sold for $120. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRALIA. Dollar, 2014-P. Perth Mint. Elizabeth II. PCGS PROOF-70 Deep Cameo. Variety with eagle in high relief and smaller diameter. Flawless and breathtaking, this shimmering proof dazzles with a great cameo nature." Other one dollar NCLT's issued in 2014 included KM-2161 (Sydney Harbor), KM 2162, KM 2166 (owl), KM 2167 (ANZAC centennial), 2168 (aviation), 2169 (abalone), 2173 (Great Barrier Reef), 2182 (albatross) and KM 2177 (kangaroo).
