This specimen was lot 518 in Jean Elsen sale 164 (Brussels, March 2026), where it sold for €575 (about US$801 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ESPAGNE, ARAGON, Alphonse Ier de Navarre (1104-1134), billon dinero, Jaca. D/ ANFVS· REX B. dr. à g. R/ Croix aragonaise, dans une fleur, entre ARA-GON. Rare. Petits éclats du flan. Superbe. (kingdom of Aragon, Alfonso I of Navarre, 1104-34, billon dinero, Jaca mint. Obverse: draped bust left; reverse: Aragonese cross over a flower, dividing "ARAGON". Rare, minor edge splits, Extremely Fine.)"

Other dineros of this ruler have a cross on the obverse (Cayón-1777) or have a cross on the reverse without the flower (Cayón-1778). Obolos (half dineros) also exist. The king's name was spelled "ANFVS" on his coins. This dynasty of Navarrese kings ruled 1035-1162.
