This specimen was lot 3518 in Stephen Album sale 50 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2024), where it sold for $144. The catalog description[1] noted, "AFGHANISTAN: Abdurrahman, 1880-1901, AR rupee, Kabul, AH1313, a wonderful lustrous example! PCGS graded MS64, ex Hakim Hamidi Collection." Milled coinage was introduced to Afghanistan during the reign of Abdur Rahman (1880-1901). This type was struck AH 1312-13 only along with KM 813. Ten rupees made a tilla.
