This specimen was lot 1443 in Stephen Album sale 30 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2018), where it sold for $152.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN: Carl XIV Johan, 1818-1844, AR ½ riksdaler, 1831, initials CB, lightly cleaned, EF, Ex Dr. John Lund Collection." The reform of 1830 terminated the 1/6 and 1/3 riksdaler and introduced the 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4 and half riksdaler. This type was struck 1831-33 and 1836-38 and is not common. Another reform in 1855 would supersede this coin with a two riksdaler riksmynt.
