This specimen was lot 2205 in Goldberg's NY International sale 59 (New York, January 2023), where it sold for $990. The catalog description[1] noted, "10 Kopecks 1889 CПБ-AΓ. Authenticated and graded by PCGS MS 66 PL (# 38785361). Superb gem uncirculated, Prooflike strike." This type was struck in large numbers 1867-1914 at St. Petersburg. This is a common date. Mintmaster AG was Appolon Grasgov.
