This specimen was lot 74317 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2025), where it sold for $288. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRALIA. Dollar, 2015-P. Perth Mint. Elizabeth II. NGC PROOF-70 Ultra Cameo. Opal Series-Ghost Bat." The ghost bat (Macroderma gigas) is a species of bat found in northern Australia.
