Sincona sale 82, lot 1691

This specimen was lot 1691 in Sincona sale 82 (Zürich, May 2023), where it sold for 3,100 CHF (about US$4,149 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "William III. and Mary, 1689-1694. Guinea 1693, London. Conjoined busts. NGC XF Details. Leicht gereinigt, kleine Kratzer (Lightly cleaned, minor scratches)." This type was struck 1689-94. This date also comes with an elephant below the bust (Fr-304a).
